Camera-Ready submission:

You have already received the comments by the reviewers in a previous email. Please take them carefully into account when preparing your camera-ready paper for the proceedings. The final paper is due on 15th November 2023.  This is a firm deadline for the production of the proceedings. You should submit your paper using your EasyChair proceedings author role for ICHST-2023. The page limit is 6 pages (including text, references, tables and figures) and is strict. 

• Format your paper: Please carefully review the IEEE guidelines and format your paper accordingly (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html) 
• Check for plagiarism: IEEE requires all publications to be submitted to a plagiarism detection process prior to being uploaded to Xplore to ensure originality of the content. Organizers are encouraged to sign up for CrossCheck, a plagiarism detection tool which is offered at no cost to all IEEE publications. • Copyright Form Submission: The deadline for completing the copyright process is November 20th, 2023. It is essential to ensure that all necessary copyright forms are submitted by this date to secure the inclusion of your paper in the conference proceedings. Please follow the instructions provided on the conference website to complete the copyright form submission.
• Payment: We kindly request that you make the payment (https://paymenthst2023.hust.edu.vn/author) for the conference registration fee by November 30th, 2023. The registration fee covers access to all conference sessions, conference materials, and other related activities. Please visit the conference website for detailed payment instructions.
